Resolving SMARTY PAC Code Issues on Google Pixel

Request the PAC code correctly
Text PAC to 65075 from your SMARTY SIM. Under Ofcom rules, SMARTY must respond instantly with your 9-character code (3 letters + 6 numbers). Do not call — the text message method is mandatory.
Check the code format
A valid PAC code is exactly 9 characters: 3 letters followed by 6 numbers (example: ABC123456). If you received a different format, text PAC to 65075 again.
Submit to new provider within 30 days
PAC codes expire after exactly 30 days. Submit your code to the new provider before expiry. If it has expired, text PAC to 65075 to receive a fresh code at no charge.
Confirm your account status
PAC codes cannot be issued if your SMARTY account has an outstanding balance or a bar. Log into the SMARTY app to check. Pay any balance, then text PAC to 65075 again.
If the new provider rejects the code
Contact your new provider's porting team directly. Rejections are usually caused by a name mismatch or the code being submitted too close to expiry. Request re-submission.
Contact SMARTY if no response
If SMARTY does not send the PAC code within 5 minutes, call smarty.co.uk live chat. Under Ofcom rules, failure to provide the code promptly is a breach — you can escalate to Ofcom if needed.
